Balance is an essential oil 'match' to the very specific colour of orange worn by Buddhist monks. By starting with the colour orange, you may assume that Balance Essential Oil primarily balances the sacral chakra. The emphasis is, however, on the heart chakra, which acts as a pump for full energetic alignment. By blending sweet orange, lemon and the all-important heart-note of rose, Jamie has created a dynamic version of 'balance', achieved by opening the heart chakra to tolerance, adaptivity and peaceful flow. Fragrance-wise, velvet rose connects to floral tranquility, and quickly becomes a natural, light, full-functioning eco-system with focused citrus overtones. Orange and lemon essential oils lighten Balance's rose's emotional intensity, inspiring pain-free emotional release and easy, upbeat social interaction.
Intention and Inspiration
Balance Essential Oil was an experiment in colour matching, for we wanted to see what the fragrant equivilent of a Buddhist monk's orange cloak would reveal. The result was the super simple synergy of rose, orange and lemon, revealing that dynamic, sustainable balance is created from inner peace, real joy and generous compassion.
The connection to such Buddhist principles were not completely surprising when you consider our starting point. However, Balance Essential Oil opened the possibility to create scents through colour and other senses. The creation of Balance was a lesson in resourcefulness: we can alchemise energies and information already in existence to facilitate personal transformation. Balance was a turning point in Jamie's own healing product mandate. Indeed, Balance inspired us.
The Balance Archetype
Balance Essential Oil is neither compromise nor neutrality. Balance is achieved when a person has either gone through an inner journey to reach their own harmony; or when they recognise balance as a personal growth imperative. Balance does not deliver all answers and final solutions, but rather, stimulates energetic alignment that is needed to constantly adjust and readjust, balance and rebalance, as life, relationships and self-evolutionary pathways will always demand. Balance represents the archetypal journey of adaptation, adjustment and inner peace.
The Warburton Collection
Balance Essential Oil was created in our clinic in Warburton, Victoria, as part of an essential oil collection to address key issues with simple, self-help natural, aromatic remedies. Jamie's Warburton collection is a healing collection, designed to kick-start self-healing and self-awareness.
