Waterfall was a customised synergy developed for a spa resort. Flowing through its high citrus notes is a sound vibration of a waterfall. A delightfully refreshing and uplifting fragrance, Waterfall Essential Oil disperses all unwanted layers and washes stress away. It is a light, non-confronting fragrance, perfect for households or spaces where there are many people, or where you need to harmonise dynamics and differences.  

Waterfall is a synergy of jasmine, neroli, lemon myrtle, rosewood, grapefruit and sandalwood. It turns indoor spaces into the peaceful, light-filled outdoors. If you can't experience nature, Waterfall brings nature to you. 

Waterfall Essential Oil is a particular favourite with lovers of the Australian bush landscape: for example, lemon myrtle has a citrus-eucalypt fragrance that miraculously grounds as she releases toxic, energetic overload. In this synergy, all parts of nature are in communication: Waterfall is a citrus, wood, floral and citrus-floral harmonic. 

Intention and Inspiration

Waterfall was designed as a sound match to the light waterfalls of La La Falls, near the Victorian country town of Warburton. This seemed to be the best point of reference for Jamie to create a signature oil for a local spa retreat. Spa retreats appeal to urban crowds who seek easy release and a whole-of-being recharge. 

Both the fragrance and frequency of Waterfall Essential Oil is light. So light that even the heavy, muskier scent of sandalwood plays with the wooded fragrances of rosewood and lemon myrtle, and in combination, grounds the deep heart note of jasmine and spiritual revelation for which neroli is known. This is what successful stress-relief demands. 

The psychic or sharmanic dimension to Waterfall's creation was to visualise the waterfall, hear the waterfall, and select the oils that match the waterfall's life cycles, seasonal flow and varied movement. We did not opt out with a simple 'snap-shot' of the falls- for that would have created a more static result with little lifeforce. We connected with the waterfall's entire lifespan and flow-cycle across time. Sound matching is powerful because it has inbuilt vibration and will always deliver movement. Movement is vital for release and the embrace of new life cycles. 

To use a waterfall as our point of reference connected us to the healing power and lifeforce of water itself. Water communicates with our own bodies, which are so rich in water, and are dependent on her. This is why Waterfall Essential Oil resonates with so many people: for lifeforce, we used a source that is both universal and quintessential.
