I trust the majesty of trees, and share my secrets, my hopes, my dreams as I wander through her forest home. As trust returns to those who give their own so freely, it came as no surprise that trees talk back.

Respectfully, I touch her truck line and listen to her stories, grounded and so ingrained. Touched to be trusted, I began to record her stories and scenes, and added characters to them, within each and every product made in my own kitchen. A scribe, I recorded and created unique recipes as told by the trees, who wanted to have their medicine shared. Every product handmade is inspired by nature herself, a natural keeper of wisdom, a healer, who listens to those who know the layers and the depth of the healing power of nature.  

The purest of all wisdom keepers, trees watch in silence. They are towering empaths who, over time, patiently and meticulously make visible rings of knowledge through their bark rings. Simultaneously, their wisdom travels upward and outward, for they perceive and must anticipate change in many directions. Through time and yet in their own time, they choose to reveal secret medicine that they know they are here to share. There is medicine and wisdom in their fruit, their bark, their flowers, leaves, roots, pods, seeds, sap- healing medicine layered through the Earth upon whose ground they grace, nodding approval as even the fungi and understorey absorb the bandwidth of their scented, healing energy that balances ecosystems of life. 

This is what it feels like, to hand make healing products from nature's own medicines. You become a part of nature's entire ecosystem, which is as humbling and intimate as it is life-generating and majestic. Hand-creating natural products opens you to the healing secrets of nature's own lifeforce: you discover a world bigger than yourself, that has generously invited you to become a part of its healing mandate.  

This honour and grace can be likened to a first experience of scuba diving, or sharing the ocean with dolphins or whales. Simultaneously, you are both a cherished, honoured guest in a world brimming with lifeforce so much bigger than your own that you forget yourself- and time stands still. It is in these moments of timelessness that the healing ear is alerted, and healing energy is magically transferred into bottles and jars, destined to be shared with others who are ready to receive nature's gift of cherishment and balance, majesty and lifeforce.
