Intention and Inspiration

I was inspired to create Loosen Up Healing Balm when I was playing, training, and umpiring netball, 6 nights a week. Such a schedule limited physical recovery, and the last thing I wanted was to carry consistent or niggling injuries. I used Loosen Up as a preventative and as after-care, and recovery was quick and complete. I was always ready for the next night's program. 

In the beginning, Loosen Up Healing Balm was intended to help active people recover from physical overload and injury, quickly and naturally. Because we use whole-of-plant technologies, Loosen Up builds and strengthens the muscular-skeleton system, while she heals.  Loosen Up, as a natural product, has preventative healing power and trusted healing longevity. 

While I was creating a natural arthritis pain relief oil for older pets, I discovered that by tweaking Loosen Up with homeopathics, vibrational essences, and herbal-infused oils, her healing capacity could be elevated to also relieve arthritic pain, inflammation and discomfort. In 2024, after personal travel to Bali, green tea essential oil was added to the Loosen Up mix (green tea is an effective directic rich in antioxidants and is more easily obtained in Bali), and returned to once again to streamline the recipe by replacing rosemary essential oil with the warmth of ginger root.
