Calm Healing Oil is a lavender-based healing oil which, with Bach Flowers and herbal-infused oils added, relieves stress to ensure a good night's sleep. Vervain is the carefully selected Bach flower, because she specifically addresses feelings of being overloaded and overwhelmed. These are feelings and stress reactions that can spiral into mental states such as: over-thinking, anxiety, avoidance and procrastination; or physical sleep disturbances. As well as the calming properties of lavender and vervain, Calm Healing Oil has been further boosted by hypericum (St. John's Wort), which communicates to nerve endings and calms the nervous system. The aromatic signature of Calm Healing Oil is lavender. Ingredients that support lavender's therapeutic power and sensitivity do not interfere with her aromatic purity.  

Calm Healing Oil is one of three Jamie healing oils currently available on our website. The difference between our healing oils and our massage oils, is that our healing oils have additional and well-articulated healing properties. Healing oil recipes include Bach Flowers, our own vibrational essences, herbal-infused oils and some homeopathic remedies. Calm Healing Oil was created specifically to relieve stress and anxiety. She does so gently, allowing you to 'let go' and just get on with being you. 

Because vervain has been added (Bach flowers and vibrational essences are water-based remedies), Calm Healing Oil has a natural, sweet almond oil solubiliser to ensure that vervain solubilises in oil. That is why the texture of Calm Healing Oil is slightly different to standard massage oils.

Therapeutically, Calm Healing Oil is quite similar to our Lavender Body Lotion. We created Calm Healing Oil because in a sweet-almond oil format, she has unisex appeal, and is more easily used for all-over body care. 

Calm Healing Oil specifically addresses a stress-reaction most commonly described by women as being 'overwhelmed'. The male experience is 'to overthink'. Jamie wanted to combine known body-mind-heart-spirit healing remedies within a single external product that had traction for the whole family. Calm Healing Oil is ideal for  couples who wanted more healing benefit than that which massage oils can reasonably provide.
