Our Intent and Style
Jamie's weekly, voice-channelled, Youtube meditations are intended to help people live healthy and empowered lives. The live crystal bowl soundtrack ensures a deep, soulful meditation experience.
Jamie Youtube meditations will follow themes aligned with collective and personal challenges that are connected to current world events. For example, themes that we will likely explore and alchemise in the early part of 2026 may be: truth, unity and bold creativity; tools to embrace new time templates such as simultaneity, will be interwoven. These themes and tools are presented as sensory and reflective meditative stories.
From January 2026
Jamie's half-hour meditations will be published on our Youtube channel, from January 2026. We encourage you to subscribe, comment and to become part of a conscious, soulful community.
A Growing Community
Jamie's high-frequency, sound-healing meditations are free, but if you would like to make a contribution, there will be an option to click our PAYPAL link on the Youtube channel or send a gift of thanks. In time, we will include a joining option which will entitle you to receive other Jamie teaching videos and give you access to our past collection of thematic, mindful healing meditations.
